Here on the Olympic Peninsula, we are surrounded by a wealth of incredible natural beauty and I love nothing more than to get out with my camera and capture some of that beauty. My work is an expression of my self, my passions, my excitement and whatever it is in the world that engages me.
When I am not out with my camera, I am likely developing recipes for my food blog, birding, or writing children’s picture books. I am currently working on a picture book featuring my photography chronicling the family dynamics of the bald eagles who have been nesting on the bluff above Dungeness Bay for over a decade.
Just in time for the holidays, I have selected a few of my favorites photos – framed prints, matted prints and note cards – on display and available for purchase through December. I invite you to stop by and check out my photography as well as my two children’s picture books: The Skipping Stone and Goober and Muffin. Just right for wee ones who love being read aloud to or youngsters learning how to read, ages 0-7.
